everyone i ask says either democrats are more awesome or republicans are more awesome and that that is the difference. what is ur definition? just to be clear im neither democrat nor republican.
There is no difference !! Both are corrupt !! Both feather their own beds.. And,,each seek power and benefits..Look at America !! Do you think our system is working?? NOT FOR WE THE PEOPLE !! For the Politicians?? YOU BET !! Term limits,,no pensions or benefits and abolish lobbyist !! America doesn’t need career politicians..THEY are the problems..Them and their parties favor their interests FIRST..And ,,they get RICH in office,,and retire on the People’s DOLE,at taxpayers expense !! DO YOU get a paid pension with health benefits with a doctor on duty at all times to satisfy your every need?? Neither does any other American..But our politicians do..AND THEN,,guess who gives them raises periodically?? Why,,they do !! How sweet is that !! And by the way,,do you see any reason why ANY of them should get a raise,,or even be kept in office?? I don’t !! I by the way am an independent,,and am sick and tired of all of them and their nonsense !! And too,,ban lobbyist from Washington too,,and you might eliminate all the perks for favors,,from the companies who want legislation their way !! LION HOUSE

republicans are Conservatives who keep old ways and do not change, democrats change their ways. such as George Bush, he is a republican because he "stayed the course" Obama is a democrat because he is changing the economy and trying to win the war. In some cases, its just a party to separate on another for no reason other than saying one is better than another.

Republican = Democrat light.
both parties have people that have their head screwed on somewhat right but the majority of their party ignores them.
When people learn to vote in substance and not according to party lines then this country will be a better place.

If you think the government’s job is to support poor people, tax the rich and run all aspects of your life, you’re a Democrat.

Democrats stand for everything that’s right ! Where as the Republicans stand for all that is evil , and
in pure in life . For example G.W.Bush , and his evil administration knew well in advance that Iraq had no W.M.D. Yet he , and his little demons ordered our military to invade Iraq .
Just so they could get richer in life . And now just look at what that has cost America ! Not only in dollars. But more so about the lost of American soldiers . Over 4,357 and counting just in Iraq .
And do you think Bush can’t sleep at night because of that. That’s how he falls to sleep by counting died American soldiers .

I used to be able to say that they get their bribes and kickbacks from different lobbyists but I can’t say that anymore because there’s a lot of overlap. I guess the best way to tell them apart today is to look at their traits. If it’s Southern, Old Testment and/or prosperity Christianity and will say or do anything to win, it’s a Republican. If it’s not Southern, is mainline Christianity or writes "refuse to state" on the religion line and has no clue about what to say or do to win, it’s a Democrat.

Democrats aren’t greedy, murdering traitors who brought America to its knees.
