Two months after Afghanistan’s disputed elections, Hamid Karzai, the Afghan president, has finally admitted that he fell short of an outright victory in his country’s presidential elections. The date for a runoff vote between Karzai and Abdullah Abdullah, his main challenger has been set for November 7. Fraud investigators have reportedly thrown out hundreds of thousands of ballots, bringing Karzai’s percentage of the vote under 50 per cent and triggering a new election. But will the Afghan runoff election resolve the country’s stalemate? And beyond the election results, the main issues remain: How to fix Afghanistan? How to have a central government that has legitimacy? And what policy will the Obama administration pursue in the country? In this episode, Anand Naidoo spoke with Fariba Nawa, an Afghan-American journalist; Shah Mahmoud Hanifi; a professor at James Madison University; and Christine Fair, a former political officer to the UN Assistance Mission to Afghanistan in Kabul and the author of Cuisines of the Axis of Evil and Other Irritating States: A Dinner Party Approach to International Relations.

How did the economic, geographic, and political factors contribute to the enslavement of Africans in North America?
It had a lot to do with it from both sides. Africans were selling there own people who’s villages were captured. This helped Africans because at the time the West cost of Africa wasnt able to get a lot of things imported in so selling the people allowed them to pay a lot more for people to deliever to there region. It helped America cause this place has always been built on cheap labor. Political wise it was a lot larger in Africa. IT allowed some people to take power while others lost everything. In North America getting slaves didnt hit polotics until the slaves had been here for a while and some decided that they felt slaves were human also.
I want to know more details about political, social and cultural globalization in Spain and the impact of them. On the other hand, can you please tell me the opinion of this country about globalization?
It sounds like you are trying to complete a homework assignment. Here are some websites:
Best one:

Personally, I think Europe generally has been one of the areas of the world which has benefited from globalization. Freedom from trade barriers, increased mobility and higher consumption equals growth. They have done a moderately good job at controlling polution and maintaining their own individuality and culture.

How do I start a political watchdog? Can I just call myself one today and be done?
Can political watchdogs just be a guise for a lobbyist?
Can I be a political watchdog that monitors political watchdogs?
Do you have any ideas for a political watchdog?

Hello. I am a softmore in high school. My global history teacher was absent and she left a very unclear homework assignment. The assignment is to define and give examples of ALL political and economic systems. I am so confused. I don’t even know where to start. I just want to know which words I have to define. I would really appreciate it if somebody gave me a list of such political and economic systems that I should define.
There is Liberal Deomcracies like the US, UK and most of europe, where people can vote and the government allowed private properties and business and does not interfere too much in the economy. Communism like China and Russia in the past, this is where the government owns everything and people have limited political rights. There is also fascism like Germany and Italy in the Second World War, this is a chaotic system where the government rigidly controls the social structure of the country.
If I were you I’d look up Liberalism, Socialism, Communism and Fascism on wikipedia or answers.com. Or even better get a book from the library.
