  • Are there still people that actually believe the Democratic party represents centrists ?

Posted by admin on July 14th, 2010 and filed under democratic party | 9 Comments »

Its obvious the Democratic party is run by the extreme left . Other than trying to convince moderates during elections , why do people deny it ?
No one has shifted to the right . The Republicans shifted to centrists and the Democrats are following a Neo-Marxist agenda .

It is the dirty secret that Obama-tard and the liberals do not want revealed. Here are some points that everyone should familiarize themselves with:
    1. Obama will not allow banks that took TARP money to pay back the loans. He wants them to convert the current stock that pays dividends into common stock that does not pay dividends. Why is that relevant? This will give him long term control and a vote in whatever happens at stockholder meetings. In a nutshell, Obama wants to nationalize the banks.
    2. Obama has repeatedly called for socialized healthcare, which would ruin the best healthcare system in the world.
    3. Obama has no misgivings about chumming up with ruthless, dictators. He would like to be one himself.
    4. Obama wants to control executive pay and the salaries of all workers for companies that take TARP money. As an extension of this, he wants the unchallenged authority to fire CEO’s at failing companies regardless of whether the failure of the company can be attributed to the CEO or not.
All of these are alarming, but true. Centrists? I think not. The democrat party has turned into the new socialists.

What is the appeal of the democratic party?

Posted by admin on July 11th, 2010 and filed under democratic party | 12 Comments »

school assignment to be able to sell the democratic party.

Why do you consider yourself a democrat/liberal? What qualities/policies of the democratic party do you find appealing enough to want to join the party? What do you think are some major selling points for the party?

First, it should be pointed out that the party is a pretty big umbrella party that envelopes a lot of different liberal factions, just as the Republican party envelopes different conservative factions.

Any point you make for either party might not be embraced by that entire party. For example, Democrats are for more government regulation in the economy in order to prevent any underhandedness, unfairness, or criminal acts, while promoting fairness and growth. The problem, however is that not all Dems want complete regulation, and some probably want less. And some want more, of course.

Democrats usually vote on more liberal policies such as pro-choice options or gun control. But again, not every liberal minded individual holds these beliefs simply because their party does.

If one had to sell the democratic party, it may be helpful to point out that the liberal stance allows for more debate. The beliefs are subject to adaptation per cultural change. Hence "liberal". The Democratic party, in theory, is designed to work for the public welfare.

Conservativism, even by definition, holds it’s views staunchly. It too is designed for the public welfare, but does not adapt to public opinion. The views of conservatives usually revolve around traditional or fundamental beliefs that require the individual to conform to the belief.

However, it must be also pointed out that neither party can ever be classified as "better" than the other. Both parties are only as good as the people running them. And that is why many problems exist. Corrupt or misguided politicians make for bad interpretations of said parties’ beliefs.

How can the Democratic party be united if Obama doesnt choose Hillary as the VP?

Sad how both the Democratic party and the media treated Hillary Clinton. The Democrats need to support women, and hopefully Obama chooses Hillary as VP. This will create a Democratic Dream Team.

    Obama CANNOT choose Hillary.

People are having a hard enough time with Obama that if he chose Hillary as VP, many will say "everything I hate about the democrats in one convenient package!" and they go down to defeat

Why do majority of minorities support the Democratic Party over the Republican Party?

Posted by admin on July 5th, 2010 and filed under democratic party | 23 Comments »

I was just wondering why minorities not just black people but hispanics, asians, indians, and other minorities as well support the democratic party over the republican party?

It’s blacks, Native Americans and Hispanics who support the Democrats.

East Asians actually support Republican more often.

Probably just because the Democrats advocate social welfare, while Republicans usually oppose it and give tax cuts to the wealthiest Americans. Also the issue of Affirmative action.

Why is the Democratic Party more diverse then the Republican Party?

Posted by admin on July 2nd, 2010 and filed under democratic party | 10 Comments »

I"ve been looking in to the audiences when the candidates are speaking and i noticed the democratic party had people of ALL races, & colors. But the Republican Party was mostly Caucasian ,,why is this?

They are busy excluding various groups of people so they can keep the pure and undiluted message of christianism in their every breath. When you accommodate hate groups, it’s hard to keep the lines diverse.

Where the Democratic Party has failed – Cynthia McKinney

Cynthia McKinney on where the Democratic Party has failed.

Issues the Democratic Party has failed on
    • Impeachment
    • Bringing the troops home
    • Protecting Civil Liberties
    • Rolling back the Patriot Act

The Democratic Party makes it difficult to become an independent thinker within the Party. Dennis Kucinich, Mike Gravel and Cynthia McKinney are examples.
